About Me

Helping teams connect, learn, & lead with purpose

With over two decades of experience in education and a deep passion for helping people grow, I’ve spent my career at the intersection of learning, leadership, and empathy.

I began in the classroom, where I taught and mentored students and future educators. But I saw an opportunity to bring those same principles—connection, clarity, and curiosity—into the business world. That led me to my current role as Vice President of Education & Development at SKNV, an FDA-Registered 503B Outsourcing Facility serving dermatology providers nationwide.

At SKNV, I’ve designed and led national training programs that empower sales teams and clinical staff to communicate with purpose, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships. I specialize in turning complex processes into clear, repeatable learning paths that drive real-world performance.

Contributing to the Conversation on Leadership and Learning

Most recently, I had the honor of contributing a chapter to Flip the Script with Chris Voss. In my chapter, I share the story of how I moved from the classroom to corporate education—and how the core principles of listening, tactical empathy, and meeting people where they are transformed the way I build training programs today. It’s not just about teaching—it’s about building confidence, aligning with culture, and creating real-world impact.

Whether you’re an educator stepping into a new environment, a leader looking to train with purpose, or simply someone who values the power of human connection in learning—my journey and insights are here to guide and inspire.
